Day 4: Lining up Value – Ideas, aims and next steps

The final day of the Lining up Value sprint focused on rounding up all the thoughts and ideas gathered over the last three days to present a strong case for sponsorship to the Northumbrian Water leadership team.

Over the first three days of the Lining up Value sprint, the group changed the problem statement from exploring how to improve the market value of water mains spray lining to the general and pressing need to throw a bright spotlight on the technology and its 21^st century version (rather than the outdated memory of the 1980’s version).

The aim of the final project is to deliver an informed solution to raise the profile and confidence in the technology available.

After three days of focused thinking and idea development, the group here at Lining up Value #InnovationFestival2024 have discussed, refined and honed the details of the project, with the aim of making their presentation sharp and worthy of the funds that are available.
