The aim of the webinar is to create a deeper understanding of the range of challenges and solutions within SDG 6 and identify how we can speed up progress towards access to a cleaner and more sanitised water for all.

Kit is a senior leader in environmental, social and governance (ESG) and led the sustainability department of an £80 million company before joining the Water Research Centre in 2021. She focuses on ESG within the water sector, supporting regulators, water utilities and private industry to enhance sustainability. Kit has worked on ESG within many environments, from small, innovative start-ups to large non-governmental organisations such as the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. She has delivered a range of technically complex, commercially successful and logistically challenging projects in the UK and the Middle East.
Former WRc CEO and now RSK Group Director - Water Sector, Mark Smith will be chairing the webinar series, where water professionals will gather online to discuss various challenges throughout the water industry and come up with potential solutions to said challenges.
