Creating the ‘Asset Management Organisation’
Major studies have shown that maintenance processes account for only a small proportion of asset associated productivity losses. By far the bigger impacts on productivity losses are felt from inappropriate design, operations and procurement practices throughout the lifecycle of the asset.
To realise greater levels of asset service and productivity requires change well beyond the ‘Maintenance Department’ and across the integrated enterprise and synchronised supply chain.
Based on our Asset Management Maturity model, we work with clients to create ‘whole’ asset management organisations that collaboratively plan, design, build, operate, maintain and dispose of assets for sustainable whole-life asset management solutions, enabling them to align to ISO55001 in the process.
