Course overview
This course equips delegates with the skills to plan and execute mains flushing, perform the essential field tests, effectively respond to customers, manage network incidents and understand the importance of GIS and use the models to solve network problems.
Who can benefit?
Delegates may include water company network operations staff who already have a strong understanding of water distribution systems, but are looking to advance their knowledge. Participants may also be drawn from any area of business or service where this knowledge is required for decision-making. Relevant roles could include but are not limited to, operators, technicians, supervisors, planners and engineers. Delegates will have ideally completed Water Network Operations Training (Stage 1).
