Scope

This schedule specifies the requirements for the factory application of the Chromapoxy H.B.F.N. Paint two component epoxy coating as applied by Gee-Tec to threaded fasteners used with fittings in contact with potable water.

Product Description

The Chromapoxy H.B.F.N. Paint comprises a two-part system with a mix volume of 3 parts base to 1 part accelerator. The paint is spray applied to threaded fasteners that have been degreased and sand blasted to ensure the surface is free from contaminants before coating.
