Scope
To assess the requirements for the Premier Pipe Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner as manufactured by OnSite Central Ltd. for rehabilitation of circular gravity drains and sewers.
Product Description
The Premier Pipe CIPP liner can be used to renovate pipe diameters ranging between 100mm and 1800mm for lengths in excess of 300m in a single installation. The process involves inversion of a flexible lining material, usually made of polyester or fiberglass fibres that is impregnated with a thermo-setting resin, into the damaged pipe. The lining is then inflated using air or water pressure, pressing it tightly to the inner surface of the host pipe. The lining is then cured using steam or hot water.
